Students will be introduced to wood shop safety and tell a little bit about themselves.
Students will do a tool scavenger hunt and begin to learn the names of 20 tools they are expected to recognize by the end of the term. They will also begin to learn to use tools in preparation for their projects. The Safety Guide needs to be signed and returned as soon as possible.
Students will continue to be checked out on the tools they will be using in woodcraft.
